সংক্ষেপে: kaifmart.com থেকে অর্ডার করলে আপনি এই শর্তগুলো মেনে নিচ্ছেন। অর্ডার কনফার্ম হয় ফোনে বা মেসেজে যাচাইয়ের পর। ঢাকার ভেতরে ৩–৫ কর্মদিবস ও ঢাকার বাইরে ৫–১০ কর্মদিবসে ডেলিভারি হয়। ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে পণ্য চেক করে নিন। রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড আমাদের ৭ দিনের Return & Refund Policy অনুযায়ী হবে। রিটার্নের জন্য পণ্যটি অবশ্যই ডেলিভারির সময়ের মতো অব্যবহৃত অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে। ব্যবহৃত পণ্য রিটার্ন হবে না, তবে পণ্যে ওয়ারেন্টি থাকলে ওয়ারেন্টি অনুযায়ী সার্ভিস পাবেন।

Welcome to Kaif Mart. These Terms & Conditions apply to everyone who visits or buys from kaifmart.com, which is operated by Kaif Mart, 137/24/A, Modhubazar, Hazaribag, Dhaka-1209 (Trade License: TRAD/DSCC/0340542024). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

• You can browse without an account, but you need to give correct contact and delivery details to place an order.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud, fake orders or abuse.

2. Products and prices

• We try to show product details, images and prices accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.
• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
• If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we will contact you before delivery. You can then accept the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
• Offers, flash sales and coupons are valid only for the stated period and while stock lasts.

3. Orders and confirmation

• After you place an order, we confirm it by phone call, SMS or message.
• We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the address cannot be reached, or the order appears fraudulent. If you have already paid, you will receive a full refund.
• You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting our hotline or Facebook page.

4. Payment

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment, as shown at checkout.
• Online payments (debit/credit cards, bKash, Nagad, Upay, internet banking and other methods) are processed securely through SSLCommerz, a licensed payment gateway in Bangladesh. We never see or store your card details, OTP or PIN.
• For some products (such as preorders or high-value items), we may ask for an advance payment.
• If an online payment fails but money is deducted from your account, it is normally returned automatically by your bank or wallet. If not, contact us with the transaction ID and we will help.

5. Delivery

• Inside Dhaka: 3–5 working days
• Outside Dhaka: 5–10 working days
• Delivery times can be longer during holidays, bad weather or other situations outside our control. We will inform you about any delay.
• Please check the product in front of the delivery person. Complaints about damaged, wrong or missing items are accepted only if reported at the time of delivery or as described in our Return Policy.

6. Returns, refunds and warranty

• Returns and refunds follow our 7 Days Return & Refund Policy.
• A returned product must be in exactly the same condition as when it was delivered: unused, undamaged, with the original box, packaging, tags, accessories, manual and gifts.
• Once a product has been used, it cannot be returned or refunded. If a used product develops a problem, it will be handled under the product's warranty, but only if that product comes with a warranty.
• Products without a warranty are not covered after use.

8. Reviews and content

When you post a review or comment, it must be honest and must not be abusive, false or illegal. We may remove content that breaks these rules. All website content, including logos, images and text, belongs to Kaif Mart or its suppliers and may not be copied without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

10. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to solve the issue quickly.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
