✅ Return Policy

You can request a return within 5 days of receiving the product if it is:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect

• Incomplete

✅ Conditions for Return:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, for intake or sealed items return may not be applicable if unsealed and can not be reformed as intact condition anyway, unless return may be acceptable. 

• Must include box, tags, labels, accessories, warranty cards

• Return must be made using the original packaging

✅ Non-Returnable Items:

• Innerwear, beauty products (used), food, diapers, digital goods, and custom-made items, and most of the sealed items.

• Electrical or IT products after use (brand warranty may apply)

✅Refund Policy

We’ll refund you once the returned product passes our quality check.

Refund Covers:

• Product price

• Delivery charge (if return reason is valid)

Refund Time (after approval):

• Mobile Wallet (bKash/Nagad): Within 7 working days

• Bank Transfer: Within 7 working days

• Card Payment: 7–10 working days

• Cash on Delivery: Refunded via mobile wallet or bank

• Voucher (if applicable): Within 24 Hours upon successful verification.
